  • Statutory Audit - An objective examination and evaluation of the financial statements of an organization to make sure that they present a fair and true picture of the state of affairs of the Company in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and rules framed there under and conforming to all the applicable Accounting Standards.
  • Tax Audit – As per income tax act, every person whose turnover/gross receipts exceed a prescribed threshold limit is mandatorily required to get his accounts audited. Also any charitable entity who has obtained exemption registration u/s 12A and 80G also needs to submit Audit report.
  • GST Audit – GST Act prescribes every supplier having aggregate turnover exceeding a prescribed limit to get their books of accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant and to submit a reconciliation statement in Form GSTR 9C along with their annual return in Form GSTR 9.
